After an extensive consultation process, placing Campus MLC as part of a broader workplace transformation for NAB. “The new workplace aligns to a broader vision for NAB that is being implemented across many of their sites,” explains Woods Bagot principal Amanda Stanaway. Projects include Woods Bagot-designed projects UBank and NAB Adelaide, as well as NAB 700 Bourke Street, which will be completed in Docklands Melbourne later this year.
Each of the fourteen floors, including the ground floor lobby includes a themed approach, reinterpreting each level as it's own personality. The result is an integration of new working concepts offering increased flexibility and mobility allowing teams to expand and contract as required to respond to project and business conditions.
Utilising a layered approach, the interiors are an evolution, rather than a revolution of the design, succeeding in bringing the workplace back to leading edge.
Variations of newly introduced workpoints has provided choice of working environment depending on the task at hand. This concept of Real-Time Working will allow the organisation the become more efficient and streamline the knowledge transfer process aiding in decision-making and closing-out of issues.
